As we at Anomalous wanted to learn more about the relationship between happiness and helping others, we reached out to ‘Action for Happiness’ , a movement that’s dedicated to creating a more caring and happier society. Vanessa King, the Head of Psychology at Action for Happiness told us that doing good things for others is a key thing for our happiness.
If you think about it, human beings are social species, we evolved to live in groups so working together and doing things to help each other is the social glue that keeps us together.” she added.
