Gaku is a Japanese food artist who turns fruits and vegetables into works of art that you can eat. Japan has always been known for its unique food, which is not only loved for its new flavors but also makes people happy just by looking at it. With this Japanese artist, Gaku, the art of carving fruits and vegetables is taken to a whole new level.
Gaku artist has also made a number of fruit carving works of art. But recently, he has turned his attention to vegetables, making amazing sculptures out of broccoli, carrots, beans, eggplants, radishes, sweet potatoes, turnips, and other vegetables.
Gaku says that the banana is a good fruit to practice with because it’s cheap and easy to carve. When asked what he does with all the things he makes when he’s done, he gives a simple answer: he eats them. “Except for the peel of the banana.”
