Laura Kasperzak is a yoga instructor, fitness trainer, and mother who started her Instagram account in 2012. She started posting about her work and mostly yoga. Eventually, she caught the attention of thousands of people on Instagram, and someone very special, her daughter, Jayden. As Jayden started seeing her mother’s routine, she because interested in them and wanted to be a part of her daily routine.

At the age of 4, Jayden found that she loved to try what her mother did. Laura also noticed her daughter’s skills and talent, she realized that yoga can be more than a solo activity, but rather something she could enjoy with her daughter.
